NEVER had problems with the original lender BUT never STOPPED have issues when MGC took over the mortgage. MGC proceeded to make the payment a principle only which is odd considering it had the statement document enclosed. I have contacted them 27 times and have been told the same thing every time: 1) Yes we know we are in violation the our contract with you.

We are in the 25th year of a 30 year mortgage which has been sold to several companies over the years and have NEVER had the kind of problems MGC is causing.

MGC is the WORST mortgage company I have ever delt with! We started this year with Countrywide, which sold to Bank of America, which sold to MGC Mortgage effective August 1, 2009. They sent me a loss mitigation package that I sent back to them.
